Amy Jo earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Prior to joining Intracoastal Realty, Amy founded and operated a fitness studio for 7 years, where she developed a deep love and understanding for people.
She always knew she wanted to chart a path helping others and has found her true calling in real estate. She understands how important a home is, the effect it can have on your life’s story and that buying or selling should not only be fluid and successful but as low stress as possible.
Amy Jo is no stranger to coastal North Carolina and is in awe of the quality-of-life Wilmington has to offer.
In her spare time, Amy Jo is a barre instructor and spiritual director. She and her husband live near the beach at Wrightsville and together they have five amazing kids.
